Cancellation Policy

After registering for a program or course through the Allen Academy, you have the option of cancelling for a full refund up to 16 days prior to the beginning of the program or course.

If cancelling more than 15 business days prior to the start of the course or program:
 
  • Refund: A full refund is offered to enrolled students up to 16 days prior to the beginning of a program. To receive a refund please send your cancellation request to provost@allenacademy.com or call 1-800-799-6280.
  • Credit: In lieu of a refund, you may elect to keep a credit from the cancellation on your account to use to join a future program, however all credits must be used within 6 months of the date of issuance.
If cancelling 15 business days or less prior to the start of the course or program:
 
  • Credit: Starting at 15 days prior to the beginning of a program, a credit may be requested for students unable to attend the start of a program. Credits can be used 6 months after the date of issuance to join another Allen Academy program.
  • Participant substitutions: If you find that you cannot attend, and it is fifteen (15) business days before the start of the program, you may send a replacement. Please contact registration@allenacademy.com or call 1-800-799-6280 prior to the start of the program so course materials can be prepared for the new participant.
